We stand fully behind every bottle of Lipo Flow. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days from your delivery date to return the product and receive a complete refund. Please follow the four steps below to ensure your return is processed quickly.

    Make sure your return request falls within 60 days of the date your order was delivered. To verify your delivery date, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and check the carrier's website.

    Send an email to [email protected] and let us know you would like to request a refund. Please use "Refund Request" in the subject line so your email is prioritized. Include your order number if available.

    Send the Bottles Back

    Package all bottles (whether empty or full, opened or sealed) along with a note containing your full name, email address, and order ID. Ship the package to our returns address below. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

    Wait for Your Refund Confirmation

    Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund promptly and send you a confirmation email. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Important Notes

You must return all bottles along with the packing slip included in your original order for your refund to be processed. Partial returns may not qualify for a full refund.
